According to the articles of the Association of Chinese Investment Enterprises in the Netherlands, the highest authority of the association is the general assembly of members. The general assembly is usually held at least once a year (annual meeting). The Board of Directors is a standing institution of the general assembly of members of this association. Currently, due to the actual situation of the association, the duties of the Board of Directors are performed by the Presidential Council. The Presidential Council consists of seven members, including one President, two Executive Vice Presidents, and the rest are Vice Presidents. The Secretariat is a standing office of the association, responsible for the daily affairs of the association under the leadership of the Presidential Council.
